Claire Beattie

Psychologist and Speaker

Rewire. Renew. Thrive.

Hi, I’m Claire. As a psychologist and speaker, I walk alongside people in the process of transformation. Do you know that every thought you think leaves a physical imprint in your brain? These neural pathways shape how you see yourself, others and the world- but they are not fixed. Through neuroplasticity, your brain can be rewired. Old patterns of fear, self-criticism, or limitation can be replaced with pathways of resilience, compassion and growth.

Through workshops and therapy, I support individuals and audiences to identify limiting beliefs, nurture self-compassion, and strengthen new ways of thinking to enable them to thrive- not despite struggle, but in spite of it.
